Walk on ice
A practical advice: Penguins teach us how to walk on ice!
If you walk on ice, you better walk like a penguin: keep your knees loose, extend your arms to the side to keep your balance and lower your gravity-centre and keep your hands out of your pockets! Spreading your feet out slightly— like a penguin— while walking on ice increases your stability.
And a more philosophical conclusion
To have integrity is to continue on your path – on your camino – even if it means you have to walk alone.
