All the best to you all in 2021!

What a year!

2020 has been demanding on all of us. Things that used to be predictable did not work anymore. The qualities of people, organizations and – yes – also entire countries were put at their maximum test. Many crashed and some others positively surprised. My personal take-away? The discovery of the power of so many hidden values and people. In moments of distress, they took on the challenges.

This was an encouraging and - at the same time - a humbling lesson.
